Browsing around on Youtube the other day, I found these great workout videos. I stuck them on my site here for all to enjoy. I love those workout balls, I've had one for years and use it all the time. Now I have some new exercises to add to my program.

These movements really work the chest, arms and abs in a very creative way. One of the keys to having a balanced body, is to vary your routine. give your muscles a surprise. It keeps it interesting for the brain too.

Craig Ballantyne starts you out with the easiest pushup, using the ball. It's actually easier than a regular pushup. Then he works you up and gets into some seriously challenging stuff. A good way to keep in shape without weights or fancy, expensive equipment.
