Really good for you

There is no doubt that meditation is incredibly powerful, for enhancing your energy and helping your brain to work better.
There are lots of experts out there singing the praises of meditation, and how good it is for you. In fact Deepak Chopra said in his seminar, "There is nothing more valuable than meditation. We can end this seminar now, if you just get this one point: There is nothing more valuable than mediation."

Easy, but really hard

The problem most people have is the mind wanders. They sit down to meditate, they try the simple meditation technique, and the mind is off wandering on this thought, and the other thought and I have got to get up and I don't like this. And you give up after a while or even if you keep with it, you get frustrated because you think, "Am I really meditating?"

Help is at hand

Well what I found has helped me, is to use colors and sounds in my meditation. When I use colors and sounds in my meditation, my brain begins to meditate quicker, and I can focus longer. It's easier for my brain to stay on track with the meditation, because I have the colors and the sounds to help my mind focus.

pH balance and stress

Regular meditation can even help balance pH levels in your body. If you are familiar with the alkaline diet, then you know that balancing your pH is one of the best ways to feel better, lose weight and be healthier.

Stress, causes us to become acidic, even faster than a poor diet. Meditation is the best stress anecdote I know of.
