<li>Keep the arm inside the knee</li>
<li>Grab the outside of the foot</li>

<p>Push up with the leg, but pull down with the hand. This creates a resistance, strengthening and stretching the leg at the same time.</p>
<p>A great stretch for the back of the thigh, hamstring and hips.</p>
